It is so bad, not just in how lousy it works, but in it's design from the get-go. I will never buy any product from a company that designed this thing.
Prying the levers that you need to in order to connect the speaker wires is nearly impossible - you could break your fingers doing it and if you use pliers, which you will have to, the unit breaks.
I just replaced mine with a unit (Sima) that works far better, is far easier to set up, and costs 1/10 the price. I threw my SpeakCraft in the trash.
